✷ SHOP ✷
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Do you ship worldwide ?
An order is usually prepared and dropped off at the post office within a maximum of 5 days. However, since I am the only person managing the shop, the shipping time can fluctuate according to the number of pending orders.
Yes I ship worldwide. As far as the shipping time is concerned, letters are either stamped as Lettres vertes (D+3) or Ecopli (D+4) with a tracking number for France.
(Please note that the shipping time can vary depending on the country).
Which transportation company is handling shipment?
All envelopes and packages are sent via La Poste (the French postal service).
My order arrived damaged or did not arrive. What can I do?
Unfortunately, I cannot control mail sorting centers, letter carriers, caretakers or postal workers. If the order got damaged by a third party, I cannot be held responsible. However, this situation remains extremely rare, and if that were to happen to you, please send me an e-mail at email@example.com so I can slip a surprise gift in your future order.
If your order never reached your destination, please send me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can find a solution together.
(Please note that returns to sender in the event of a wrong address are refunded without shipping costs and are not sent again. Thank you for your understanding).
How are the orders shipped?
Orders are wrapped in 100% biodegradable tissue paper and sent in cardboard envelopes in order to protect the object from the moment it is shipped until it reaches your mail box ! ☺︎
The use of plastic has been banned from my shop.
Can I order a personalized portrait or any other kind of personal order?
Unfortunately, my current schedule no longer allows me to take private orders. If I can ever offer that again, I will let you know on my website and social media.
✷ ABOUT ME + MY CREATIONS ✷
What is your background?
After getting my French literature Baccalauréat in 2013 with a specialization in English, I studied at the faculty of Visual Arts in Strasbourg where I obtained a specialized degree in Design in 2016.
From 2016 to 2017, I took a gap year in order to think about what I wanted to do. During that year, I worked as a temporary worker in various packaging factories.
From 2017 to 2018, I went to Australia thanks to a working holiday visa and I mostly lived in Melbourne. I also took advantage of that year to travel to Japan, New- Zealand and around Australia.
In March 2017, I also started working as a freelancer.
Then I settled in Toulouse in 2018 where I worked full time as an illustrator before moving to Bordeaux in October 2020.
You can also find detailed videos about my background on my YouTube channel. .
When did you learn how to draw?
Strictly speaking, I never really learnt how to draw.
I have always drawn; I have been drawing ever since I was able to hold a pencil between my fingers. I think that experience and all those years spent drawing have helped me improve.
What equipment and software do you use?
- I mostly draw on my reconditioned Ipad Pro (10.5 inch display) that I bought in 2017 on the Apple online store. I use an Apple Pencil and work on Procreate.
- I also use Photoshop to edit photos on my computer as well as the applications VSCO and Snapseed on my phone.
- -I take photos and shoot videos with a Canon M50 (50mm f1.8 + 15-45mm lenses) camera and an Iphone 11 and I edit them on Final Cut Pro.
- I use a ClaireFontaine Paint-On notebook in which I draw with LeFranc Bourgeois acrylic paint, Derwent coloring pencils, Winsor & Newton and Le Pigmentarium watercolors and Uni Pin pens (0,05 to 0,8 mm tips).
